Guy Rogers Manhattan Reclining Chair

We restored a beautiful teak Guy Rogers Manhattan Reclining Chair for a local customer. Those chairs were originally sold in the mid-60s by Heals in their flagship London shop.

Our customer had bought the vintage chair online, it was covered in a beige fabric. Our client wanted a new more luxurious the fabric and choose the choose Linwood Omega Velvet in Grape colour . The elasticated webbing and upholstery also needed to be updated.

My sad old chair

Stephanie transformed my tired chair. It is now beautiful, much admired and so comfortable. She is highly skilled and super efficient . She also has a great eye for fabrics and her attention to detail is amazing!
